FORM/CARD COMBINATIONS

The Integrated Document shown here is a Membership Card that is laminated both face and back for extra durability. The face laminate is one that when imaged through a laser printer, the laser toner interacts with the laminate in such a way that it will not smear or smudge. This Membership Card has the same tear-resistance as that of a plastic or vinyl card and is not as thick. Also, instead of being affixed to the top of the paper carrier, it is actually incorporated into the paper. Thus, resulting in much smoother feeding through the printer and virtually eliminating jams.

A top laminate is also available for making the Integrated Card adaptable to impact printers, ink jet printers and color laser printers.

FORM/LABEL COMBINATIONS

The same technology described above can be applied to integrating a label into a document, where the label is actually a part of the paper and not just piggybacked on top of the paper. Again, this results in smoother feeding and eliminates jams. Labels of any size, shape and number can be incorporated into the document, using a variety of adhesive options.
